As we have a number of new team members (& some of us could do with a refresher here and there), there is opportunity to 'upskill' all of us.
Most of this will be delivered internally at our current sessions, however, we may have some externally if I can get enough interest such as NRASTC (National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches).
